Jeremy Fox, an award-winning chef from the Golden State, has been dubbed “Best New Chef 2008” by Food & Wine and has earned three James Beard nominations for “Best Chef: West” while making it to the Los Angeles Times’ “Jonathan Gold’s 101 Best Restaurants” 2013-2016.

In his book, On Vegetables, Fox gushes on everything having to do with veggie fare, but also delves into the trials and tribulations of opening the restaurant Ubuntu in Napa Valley back in 2007.
