Originating from Spain, Conservas Ortiz uses sustainable fishing methods and preserving techniques that have been developed over 5 generations.
Their anchovies are matured for at least 6 months according to traditional methods. They are then filleted one by one using a knife and packed carefully by hand into olive oil. This ensures the best texture and intense flavor time and time again.
