Ash wood is soft to the touch and stands up against wear and tear. Use the board to slice and dice your veggies, chop your chicken and meat and fillet fish picked up on your latest market run. You can also reserve the board for your most creative serving platters packed with cheese, nuts, charcuterie, fruits, olives, cornichons, jam and anything that you want to munch on.
To keep your board in tip top shape, we recommend also picking up a wood balm with natural waxes and oils like beeswax, carnauba wax and essential oils. Juniper and orange essential oils smell nice and are also known to add a hygienic punch with their antibacterial properties.
