Chicken pastrami Capri mezze
Go all-out Mediterranean with thin slices of roast chicken, a hefty drizzling of extra virgin olive oil, tangy capers and savory green olives.
What you’ll need
- 0.5 kg Cocorico chicken breast, go for Cocorico Portions Share 630 g
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180C. Rub the chicken breast with oil and seasoning.
- Place the chicken in the center of the roasting pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on a plate.
Arrange some thinly cut roast chicken on top.
Layer with capers and green olives.
