Denby Studio Blue features in four stunning shades of blue that work together to create a beautiful tonal range found in stones and minerals. The line is inspired by natural aesthetics for the home using honest materials and ceramic crafting techniques.

This handmade stoneware collection, which is made in Derbyshire England, includes a range of bowls, plates and platters designed with pared back dining in mind.

Denby’s senior designer Nicola Wilson says, “The colors and textures of pebbles and natural stones such as flint, shale and chalk have been the inspiration behind Studio Blue. We have created glazes that evoke the different surfaces found in these minerals, combining them to create a harmonious range.”

Care instructions: While Denby Studio Blue’s stoneware products are dishwasher safe, constant dishwashing may result in discoloration over time. It is recommended to use low temperatures and liquid detergents.

If you have the time, it’s even better to handwash your ceramic pieces. Denby Studio Blue stoneware is suitable for microwaves and freezers, but any sudden temperature changes may cause cracks. Be sure to slowly heat or cool down your stoneware products to avoid such cracks.
