Fresh mean green chimichurri

Hodge podge condiment all the way
Chimichurri hails from South America and is especially common to Argentina and Uruguay. Legend has it that chimichurri is actually derived from the Basque term tximitxurri, which loosely translates to hodgepodge or “a mixture of several things in no particular order.”
We like to think that makes sense. Chimichurri is the go-to condiment for grilled meats and is usually packed with parsley or coriander, something zingy like vinegar or fresh lime juice and minced garlic. Amazingly this condiment jazzes up vegetables on the side too. Serve it with your chicken breast fillet or add to your poached eggs for breakfast. Have you checked our fresh chicken range, yet?
