Dijon honey chicken drumsticks
What you’ll need
- 1 kg Cocorico chicken drumsticks
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Sea salt and black pepper
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Mix all ingredients in a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the drumsticks have turned golden.
- Remove from heat. Serve with an optional side of steamed broccoli or a green salad.
