Chicken bone broth
Colds and flus are common these days and traditional folk remedies do have meaning. Research shows that drinking bone broth is healthy because it is packed with vitamins, minerals, collagen and amino acids like glutamine that support a healthy inflammatory response. Glutamine also supports the gut, which is where 70% of the immune system resides. Add in some cooked drumsticks for an extra hit of protein and to stay fuller longer. Happy immunity!
